At this appointment you will meet with Dr. Lamansky and after a brief examination he will suggest some treatment options along with a suggested start time. If you are not ready to start treatment in the near future, we will put you on a recall for future exams at no cost to you. If treatment is going to proceed, we will then schedule a Beginning Records appointment. We will tell you before your appointment what the charges will be.

At the first appointment we will also give you an estimated treatment time, costs and anticipated insurance coverage, as well as information regarding our payment options.
